Assistance will be given to residents to achieve supportive ‘move on’. This will be facilitated by linking with Housing Associations and the Local Authority.
Once residents have completed the programme and moved into the community of their choice, floating support will be maintained if required until the individual feels they are ready to live independently without the support of the programme.

Expectations from residents
Each resident will be expected to sign a training agreement. The training agreement will be agreed between the individual and their resettlement worker. Residents will be encouraged to be open and honest within the monthly review so that concerns either from the individual or the agency can be discussed.
Residents on the programme will be fully involved in the decision making process at every stage. They will agree to undertake the assigned tasks as outlined on the duty resident rota.
Each resident will maintain their own bedroom and communal areas to a standard of cleanliness that has been agreed with the resettlement staff.
